Escape to Warmer Waters Aboard Christian Radich this December

Join the tall ship Christian Radich in Las Palmas on December 3rd 2019 for an unforgettable 6 day adventure that both begins and ends in Gran Canaria. You'll be getting hands on with setting the sails, steering the ship, keeping watch and more throughout the voyage and the best part is that no experience is required in order to join - you'll be taught everything you need to know before you need to know it at every stage throughout the journey.

You'll be sailing with land in sight throughout most of the voyage.

After departing Las Palmas we'll set sail for San Sebastian where you'll have two days to explore the beautiful island of La Gomera. La Gomera is the second-smallest of the inhabited Canary Islands and it’s quieter too. One particular highlight is the National Park Garajonay which is on the UNESCO World Heritage List. With its unique rainforest, beautiful hiking trains and endless cycle paths you're sure to have an unforgettable day.

From La Gomera we'll then sail toward El Hierro, the smallest of the Canary Islands. We'll arrive in the evening and spend the whole next day exploring on land. We have arranged a sightseeing-tour by bus in the morning to take us to the viewpoint La Peña which is located north of the island. From here you can look out over the sea, vineyards and fruit trees. Be sure to enroll in advance and remember good shoes!

Your journey aboard this beautiful Full-Rigged Ship will end in Las Palmas where you'll disembark on December 9th. Please note the minimum age for anybody joining this voyage is 12.
