TS La Grace is a 23.8m class A brig launched in 2010.
La Grace, a Czech sail training ship and historical replica of an 18th century brig.
La Grace is a replica of a sailing ship from the second half of the 18th century which cruises seas and oceans with the intention to revive the Czech sailing history. We would like to enable cruises on a historical ship to all interested people, together with training in marine crafts and their proud traditions.
The ship was built in Egypt in 2010 mostly by volunteers from Czech and Slovak republic. Her construction is based on the plans which were published in Architectura Navalis Mercatoria from 1768 by a Swedish admiral Fredrik Henrik af Chapman.
In order to insure the budget needed for the repairs of La Grace, we have started to sell cruises to the public.
