Uniting the isle of Ireland. Linking both capitals by sea.
DUBLIN
You embark ATYLA in Ireland's capital which is well known for having an abundance of character. You'll get the chance to explore it's history, charm, sights, museums, galleries, theatres, shops, pubs and restaurants.
THE VOYAGE
After leaving Dublin, we will sail away from shore into the Straight of Moyle to find the wind that will take us North, direction Belfast. With a bit of luck, we can encounter whales and dolphins in the Irish sea, while we explore new horizons.
During the voyage, you will actively participate in all aspects of life on board a traditional sailing boat and take part in coaching and sail training.
The voyage will end with Atyla reaching Belfast, the "river mouth of the sandbanks".
BELFAST
We will dock the ship in the heart of Northern Ireland's capital. The place that was once known for tales of the troubles and violence, in recent years has changed a lot and it has pulled off a remarkable transformation into a hip and trendy party town.
Before finishing your experience on board, you'll have time to go explore the city with your shipmates and see the best spots of Belfast with them.
But hey, maybe you don't want your adventure to be over just yet. Stay on board and sail back to Dublin. Some of the people on board will be different, the route and the weather will be different, and the coaching and sail training sessions will be different.
