Join the Earl of Pembroke for the sea voyage from London to Sunderland
EMBARKATION: SUNDAY 8 JULY AT 7PM, IN WOOLWICH, LONDON, UNITED KINGDOM
DISEMBARKATION: WEDNESDAY 11 JULY AT 11AM IN SUNDERLAND, UNITED KINGDOM
You will step aboard the ship at Woolwich Arsenal Pier, London. Our friendly crew will welcome you on board and explains all about the ship, the (safety) rules, the watch system, etc.
Before we head for open sea, we will sail further up the Thames to see the highlights of this great city from the water. You will be able to see a magnificent Parade of Sail with other tall ships leaving London. After that we will sail down the Thames to the North Sea.
All guests will take part in the watch system and we ask everyone to participate in navigation, sail handling, lookout, etc. At the end of the voyage we arrive in Sunderland where the Tall Ships Festival will be held. Before you disembark you have time visit the other ships and enjoy festive celebrations.
The price includes accommodation, full board (breakfast, lunch and dinner), and tea, coffee.
