Starting in June 2019, Baltic Sail 2019 will see events taking place across 6 countries in Europe including Sweden, Denmark, Germany, Latvia, Poland and Lithuania, before coming to a close in August 2019.
Whilst we can't make any promises at this stage, tall ships have taken part in previous editions of this event.
It's an annual series of maritime festivals organised across several harbours in the Baltic Sea. The 2019 edition of Baltic Sail will visit Szczecin and Gdansk in Poland, Klaipeda in Lithuania, Karlskrona in Sweden, Nysted in Denmark, Rostock in Germany and Riga in Latvia. Visitors can expect to be immersed in the history and culture of the region at every stop with packed programme of opportunities on offer for all the family.
One very special part of this series is in the chance for visitors to leave the quayside and experience first hand what it's like to sail many of the tall ships and other traditional rigged vessels taking part, whether that be for a few hours during a single festival or a few days as part of a regatta between two! If you're entertaining guests there will likely also be deck hospitality opportunities on offer.
