An international fleet of tall ships takes over the city of Talcahuano in Chile for Velas LatinoAmérica Talcahuano 2018.
As a part of the Velas LatinoAmérica 2018 series it’s all about strengthening bonds between the many Navies and nations participating, an idea that extends beyond the 1500+ crew members to the many thousands of visitors expected to descend on the city for a celebration like no other.
