According to the Australian Narional Maritime Museum, Endeavour, a 143ft Bark, will be in Sydney from Saturday, May 2nd to Wednesday, May 6th 2020.
As a part of Encounters 2020/21 - which marks 250 years since Captain James Cook and the crew of HMB Endeavour charted the East Coast of Australia - this event will provide an opportunity to experience what life was like for Cook and his crew whilst learning of the impact their voyage had and reflecting on the moments of first contact with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples.
