According to the Australian National Maritime Museum, Endeavour, a 143ft Bark, will be in Carnarvon from Wednesday, November 11th to Sunday, November 15th 2020.
As a part of Encounters 2020/21 - which marks 250 years since Captain James Cook and the crew of HMB Endeavour charted the East Coast of Australia - this event will provide an opportunity to experience what life was like for Cook and his crew whilst learning of the impact their voyage had and reflecting on the moments of first contact with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples.
Please note that HMB Endeavour may not be in port on all of the above dates. The official schedule says she may be at anchor on some dates but does not specify which dates.
As always, please refer to the official site (linked below if available) for the latest details, public opening hours and ticket information as timings may be subject to change and your visit may require booking in advance.
